An alternative succession solution

An entrepreneur-led mission to acquire and run an Australian business for the long term

Coworking Space

Supported by a group of business owners and investors, Next Generation Growth (NGG) is set up to acquire and operate ONE high-quality Australian business for the long term.

The idea was borne off a simple premise. Many Australian businesses will face succession issues in the coming few years.  Unfortunately, some will permanently close – a reflection on the lack of succession options rather than the viability of the business itself.

A closure of a business represents a significant loss for employees, customers, suppliers and the wider community.

NGG believes there’s a better way.  NGG will provide a sound financial outcome for the owner, take over the day-to-day operations and be singularly dedicated to protecting the legacy, reputation and ecosystem of the acquired business.
